GO Events is looking for bold, smart, and relentless client hunters to help us grow our FMCG client base in Singapore. You’ll be the one opening conversations with some of the biggest and fastest-moving consumer brands in the region. Not just with a phone - but with strategy, research, and credibility.
This isn’t a deskbound role. You’ll be part sales, part strategist, part brand whisperer. We’ll give you the tools, the training, and the agency firepower. You bring the grit.
**What You’ll Actually Be Doing**
- Prospect and engage decision-makers in FMCG: brand managers, marketing leads, trade and activation heads
- Position GO Events as the go-to partner for launches, roadshows, activations, and brand experiences
- Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to craft pitches that hit hard
- Track your outreach and pipeline religiously - we run on process, not hope
- Hit and exceed KPIs: weekly activity, monthly meetings, quarterly conversions
- Learn the ropes fast, grow into account ownership, and earn real upside
**You’ll Thrive If You Are**
- Curious, confident, and unafraid of “no”
- A smart communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Comfortable speaking with CMOs one day and brand execs the next
- Naturally organised, driven by goals, and allergic to excuses
- Ideally, experienced in agency BD, B2B sales, or FMCG partnerships (but hungry juniors welcome too)

You won’t be stuck in an endless cold-call loop. You’ll be working strategically, with mentorship, real collateral, and actual closing support from the leadership team.
