**About the team**

Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

**About the role**

We are looking for a **Warehouse Assistant** to help Doctor Anywhere to help in driving growth of the company.

The contract period would be 1 year with opportunity to be converted for a full-time position thereafter.

**A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows**
- Receiving & checking of invoices for delivery orders to ensure items received in good condition.
- Unload and shelve goods appropriately in an organised manner.
- Assist in picking, packing, sealing and dispatching goods to customers & subsidiary clinics.
- Monitor and track supply distribution and interaction with logistics movers.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation counts.
- Responsible for warehouse storage area tidiness and cleanliness.
- Perform duties in accordance with good distribution practice guidelines.
- Ensure proper administration and documentation of all goods movement.
- Any other ad hoc duties as needed.
- Working hours: Mon-Thu (8:30am-6:30pm), Fri (8:30am-5:30pm)

**About you**
- Minimally GCE ‘O’ levels and above
- Possess at least 1 - 2 years prior experience in a logistics setting.
- Prior experience in drug or medical equipment warehouse operations is preferred.
- Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.
- Able to carry and move heavy boxes of goods
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
