-Family Group: Administration**1. Job Purpose**:
The Senior Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager will support the Assistant Director and Director in providing strategic secretariat support to clinical steering committee(s) so as to enable the establishment of strategies and integrated care models that deliver value & outcomes to NHG’s patients & population.

**Secretariat for**NHG Clinical Steering Committee(s)**
- Provide secretariat support to NHG Health clinical steering committee(s) and its workgroups. This includes but not limited to meeting coordination, working with Chairperson(s) to curate meeting agenda and materials, draft minutes of meeting, preparing presentation materials, follow up on matters arising, and project/programme planning.
- Collaborate with the steering committee/ workgroup leads and members, NHG Health institutions and other stakeholders in curating and implementing clinical care strategy and evidence-based work-plans
- Facilitate the review, development of strategies and implementation of workplans
- Support the review of current clinical landscape and data collation when required Support the committee(s) and /or workgroup(s) in planning and execution of strategic retreats and advocacy events.

Demonstrates ability to work with different stakeholders and deliver initiatives and interventions

**Others**
- Provide administrative support for departmental and workgroup meetings and/or events Perform other duties as directed by reporting officers, clinical & project leads and NHG Health Group Office.

**3.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**(a) Education/Training/Experience**
- Bachelor degree from a recognised institution
- Basic data analysis and literature review / analysis skills
- Experience in the social care / healthcare industry and facilitation will be an advantage

**(b) Personal Attributes**
- Good team player
- Good written communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, analytical, resourceful and organised
- Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced working environment, and function effectively as a change agent
