**Autogate/ CCTV Technical Sales Executive**

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sales of Automatic Gate systems, CCTV systems, and related security solutions. If you are passionate about technology, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy building relationships with clients, this role is for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell Automatic Gate, CCTV, and security systems to new and existing clients.
- Identify and develop business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- **Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the security or technology industry (but not essential).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic technical knowledge of security systems (Auto Gates, CCTV, etc.) is a plus.
- A Class 3 driver's license is an advantage.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
