Front Desk Coordinator

**Overview**
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you are required to provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors. Reporting to the Hospitality Supervisor or Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling inquiries received through various channels, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desks, conference rooms, and lounge areas. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with security protocols, including visitor registration, issuing visitor passes, and managing access badges. Monitoring stationery supplies and coordinating orders will also be part of your responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
**2. Office Maintenance**: You will ensure that the front desks, conference rooms, and front desk lounge areas are kept in a clean, tidy, and presentable condition. This includes organizing materials, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating any necessary repairs or maintenance.
**3. Security and Access Control**:Maintaining security protocols will be an integral part of your role. This involves monitoring the visitor registration list, issuing visitor passes, and managing access badges for employees. By enforcing security measures, you will contribute to maintaining a secure work environment.
**4. Stationery Management**: You will be responsible for ensuring that all stationery corners are well-stocked. This includes monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and coordinating orders to ensure that employees have access to necessary stationery items.
**Additional Expectations**
- Work schedule : 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility to occasionally work overtime, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Education**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 2 years (required)
