We're growing and looking for a warm, organised and polished Front Desk & Client Experience Executive who loves people, cares about details, and enjoys working in a beautiful, boutique environment.

Your Mission
Make every client's visit feel smooth, welcoming and premium—from the moment they step in, to the moment they leave.
You're the person who keeps the space running like a five-star hotel front desk inside a high-end training studio.
What You Will Do – Day to Day
- Greet every client by name with warmth, confidence and professionalism.
- Manage check-ins, coordinate arrivals, and ensure the lounge and front area always look "photoshoot ready."
- Handle WhatsApp, phone calls and messages for bookings, rescheduling and basic enquiries.
- Coordinate with trainers and the sales team about daily schedules, last-minute changes and new client visits.
- Help first-time visitors feel at ease, guiding them through their consultation or first session.
- Process payments, issue receipts and keep simple records neat and accurate.
- Support basic admin: updating schedules, simple spreadsheets, and end-of-day summaries.
- Keep an eye on small details—towels, water, music, scent, cleanliness—so the experience always feels premium.
What You Will Do – Client Experience & Support
- Check in with new clients in their first week to ensure they're comfortable with timings, communication and their trainer.
- Help collect simple feedback and pass it on to the team so we can constantly improve.
- Help with small touches that surprise and delight clients on special occasions (birthdays, milestones, etc.).
- Occasionally assist with small events, workshops or community activities at the gym.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in front desk, hospitality, clinic, spa, studio, or premium retail is a big plus (but not mandatory if you're a fast learner).
- You're naturally warm, polite and presentable, with strong spoken English and good WhatsApp/phone etiquette.
- You're organised, punctual and like having things "in order" (schedules, spaces, small details).
- You enjoy being around people, listening to them, and making them feel comfortable.
- You're comfortable using basic tech: booking systems, email, spreadsheets, messaging apps.
- You're interested in health, fitness or wellness and enjoy being in that environment, even if you're not a hardcore gym person.
