Job Responsibilities

UOB Asset Management Ltd (UOBAM) is looking for an experienced, data-driven and creative talent to join our UOBAM Invest team and lead UI/UX design for our web and app digital platforms. UOBAM Invest is an investment platform offering digital advisory service for individual and corporate investors with over SGD 1 billion of assets under management (AUM). You will be a core member of our team and will work closely with sales, product, and technology to deliver the best digital user experience for our customers and partners.

Analyse customer feedback, responses and data to identify areas of improvement, and work with our platform teams to turn them deliver quantifiable results.

Translate business requirements into storyboards, user flows, low/high-res wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

Articulate and communicate key design concepts to management and stakeholders.

Manage multiple concurrent UI/UX design streams and deliver on strict timelines with both partners and internal stakeholders.

Manage project and vendors with respect to UI/UX design and research initiatives on our product offerings.

Work closely with our regional offices and partners on strategic projects.Job Requirements

Passionate about latest design trends and user-centric design for mobile and web.

Have a UI/UX design portfolio.

Proficient in UI/UX and design software tools such as Apple Sketch, Figma, or Adobe suite of design products including Photoshop, Illustrator and XD.Familiar with design workflow processes and possess the discipline to deliver quality work within a tight timeframe.
