Drive Business Growth and Enhance Customer Experience
- Solve complex business challenges using advanced analytics, ML, and generative AI models.
- Analyse customer trends, campaign performance, and distribution channels to derive strategic insights.
- Collaborate with business units to identify challenges and deliver predictive models and custom AI solutions.
- Leverage stakeholder feedback to refine the AI product roadmap.

Elevate AI Engineering Standards
- Define and enforce best practices for coding and engineering in AI projects.
- Oversee MLOps and LLMOps framework development to ensure scalable, reliable, and ethical AI solutions aligned with FEAT principles, Singapore’s Veritas Guidelines, and IMDA’s Gen AI Framework.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain quality and foster professional growth within the team.

Lead Chatbot Development
- Design and implement advanced chatbot technologies to enhance customer engagement and business value.
- Ensure chatbot solutions meet governance requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing platforms.
- Monitor chatbot performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of ML and generative AI, with practical experience deploying industry-grade solutions using foundation models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Llama).
- Expertise in GIT, Python, SQL, Databricks, MLflow, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Proven ability to develop MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and implement AI governance practices (e.g., TRiSM, Responsible AI).
- Practical experience in causal analysis and developing sales attribution models.

Industry Experience
- Significant experience in transforming AI prototypes into production-grade solutions.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure required; GCP/AWS advantageous).
- Demonstrated success in developing and scaling chatbot solutions, including natural language understanding and dialogue management.

Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s, PhD, or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Prior experience in life insurance practices is highly desirable.
