**Purpose of Position**
- To supervise the Import team's operational tasks and their completion to achieve operational excellence.
**Key Tasks**
- Supervise the operational tasks of the Import team.
- Ensure fair and timely distribution of files/workload
- Communicate SOPs to appropriate staff.
- Provide on the job training
- Provide guardian for irregularity handling and customer complaint procedures.
- Create and maintain an environment that encourages positive two-way communication and teamwork within the department.
- Maintain a cordial business relationship with vendors through regular feedback and communication.
- Support team members and provide back-up to departmental staff as needed.
- Ensure that DSV consolidation loading from origin is optimised, considering operational and financial factors.
- Ensure that all hazardous cargo arrangements and procedures are in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure that files are checked, updated, closed, and archived accurately within the defined KPIs.
- Any other job-related tasks assigned by the superior
- Recommend improvements to your superior and escalate operational service failures.
- Ensure that all security arrangements and procedures adhere to company policy.
- Adherence to the DSV Group's Code of Conduct policy.
- At all times, promote, present, and adhere to DSV's professionalism and policies.

- Diploma and above
- Fimilar with LCL consolidation/deconsolidation operation.
