Workflow and Intelligent Automation Team Lead

**Roles & Responsibilities**

a) Providing guidelines and assessment criteria to evaluate systems for automation.

b) Establishing best practices and standards, and suggesting possible adoption of new automation tools, considering ROI and improvement opportunities.

c) Recommending and implementing methodologies to maintain a low change failure rate.

d) Planning, designing, and gathering use cases for automation design.

e) Managing solution delivery with in-house resources and vendors while adhering to a secure-by-design framework.

f) Building and deploying automation scripts, including coordinating user acceptance testing (unit and performance testing).

g) Involvement in arranging the change release schedule.

h) Ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of automation systems to meet organizational needs.

i) Executing proactive and reactive actions to ensure the performance and capacity of automation services meet agreed targets, ensuring continuous availability and uptime of automation systems.

j) Minimizing response time needed to resolve incidents or outages while maintaining the quality of incident response.

k) Providing insights specific to developed systems regarding the handling of major incidents and problems.

l) Improving user satisfaction with automated systems by analyzing user feedback on their effectiveness and efficiency.

m) Conducting overall service reviews and process maturity assessments and generating necessary service review reports.

n) Staying updated on the latest technologies related to workflow automation and driving technology innovation and transformation by incorporating leading technologies and practices, leveraging internal and external expertise.

**Requirements**:
a) Proficient in SDLC and structured project management techniques.

b) Skilled in designing automation frameworks and architecture.

c) Thorough understanding of the latest technological developments in robotic automation and low-code tools/practices.

e) Hands-on experience with deploying automation scripts.

f) Strong background in project management principles, including planning, scheduling, and delivering automation projects within timelines and budgets.
