**Job Description**:
You will be supporting the Finance Team in CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd (CLINTMPL) and report to the Chief Financial Officer of CLINTMPL.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and review the consolidation of financial statements for the Group and computation of distributable income
- Review monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results for the Group
- Draft SGX announcements related to the financial statements
- Liaise with external auditors on audit matters and external tax advisory on tax compliance and planning matters
- Manage the budgeting, rolling forecast and financial planning processes for the Group by working with other departments
- Communicating financial and business results, including variance analysis, to senior management, Audit committee, Board and other key stakeholders
- Assist in the standardization and improvement of processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) requirements
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company’s assets and interests
- Manage a team

**Requirements**:

- A Certified Public Accountant or possess a professional qualification in Finance
- Analytical, independent and meticulous with initiative
- Possesses solid hands-on experience in preparation of consolidated financial or management reporting
- Preferably with at least 10 years of related finance experience
- Prior working experience in SGX listed company is required
- Experience in using IBM Cognos and PA will be advantageous
