**Your new job: Search Manager | Google Ads, SA 360**:
They are looking for curious individuals who are keen to develop their knowledge across Social and Search advertising, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can be both analytical and creative.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Develop compelling **performance & branding campaign solutions** including **consumer and category insights, strategy, channel recommendation.**:

- Build trusted advisory relationship with client.
- **Lead and direct all team members** to support in the** development of channel plans and creative solutions** that are planned holistically with the broader media mix.
- **Hands-on project management** - collaborate with **media owners, agency partners and internal specialist teams** to ensure all deliverables are** met/launched on time.**:

- Support the team director with **new businesses**:

- Evolve use of measurement systems to **provide greater insight into ROAS & LTV of media plans** and ensure the team deliver on agreed KPIs

**What are the requirements of the role**:

- **4 to 5 years’ experience in Media,** Consulting, Ad-Agency, Digital Agency, Client side, Marketing or Media owner capacity
- Essential to have experience in **Paid Search** with proficient knowledge of **Google SEM and SA360**:

- A confident communicator, eloquent in communicating ideas to clients and agency partners.
- Highly numerate and an ability to analyze results and derive insights from data
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Singaporeans/PRs preferred
