Reporting to and assisting the Senior Finance Manager on the Fixed Assets and Staff Claim functions such as but not limited to timely and accurate recording of fixed assets, including additions, disposals, movements, and construction in progress and monthly reconciliations., printing labels and filing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate recording of fixed assets, including additions, disposals, movements, and construction in progress.
- Monthly reconciliations., printing labels and filing.
- Ensure assets are capitalised in accordance with SIT accounting policies, and in compliance with the Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
- Coordinate and perform the periodic asset sighting exercise.
- Review staff claim processing to ensure timely and accurate payment and compliance with relevant policies
- Provide advisory to user Divisions on Fixed assets and staff claims processes to ensure compliance with relevant policies.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a good Diploma with preferably 3-4 years of relevant working experience
- Hands-on experience in ERP system such as SAP, Oracle will be an added advantage.
- Organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Driven and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated individual with high integrity
