Business model analysis — to define the organization's policies and market approaches 3. Process design — to standardize the organization’s workflows 4. Quality Control - responsible for the quality of the product **Requirements**: - 5+ years of experience with Salesforce as a Business Systems Analyst - 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst - Experience working on multiple project types (i.e. commercial off the shelf, new development, and enhancements/support) - Verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams - Proficient knowledge of Process and Workflow Management - Organizational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and business areas. - Proficient knowledge of Project Management - waterfall and Agile Good to have salesforce Business Analyst Certified and salesforce admin certified
