Responsibilities Analyzing Information: Dive into key data, insights, and facts to determine actions for the business's success. Elicitation: Establish project foundations by asking questions, gathering opinions, and analyzing information through stakeholder interviews to identify teams, processes, and other key elements. Documentation of Requirements: Document all inputs, actions, and outcomes exchanged between teams and departments to ensure stakeholder clarity. Communication: Act as a bridge between teams, departments, and stakeholders through verbal and non-verbal communication to align processes and inputs with desired outputs. Planning & Implementing Solutions: Plan and execute effective actions and solutions aligned with business goals. Testing: Test and measure implemented solutions, track progress, and create training materials, including feedback and elicitation questions for record-keeping. Profile Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science 3+ years of Salesforce.com consulting/implementation experience 5+ years in a Salesforce Business Analyst role Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent cloud certifications Significant enterprise-level project management experience (SOWs, contracts, risk management, staffing)Background in Business Process Engineering/Re-engineering, especially in sales, marketing, and customer support Strong communication skills, executive presence, and facilitation experience Proven success as a lead in enterprise CRM implementations and technology initiatives GDPR MESSAGE: Our privacy policy has been updated to comply with new regulations.
