**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Solutions Consultant builds deep relationships with our Singapore customers to initiate and grow opportunities that are pivotal to Screening Eagle’s growth and development

**Responsibilities**
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers to understand end user requirements.
- Develop and deploy innovative technical solutions across all products categories in collaboration with partners, sales account managers, product managers and customers.
- Support sales efforts with extensive product knowledge, answering questions and demonstrating product capabilities as needed.
- In depth understanding of our business markets, customers and products. Be able to work independently to support customers or partners whenever needed.
- Develop new market opportunities, new sales channels and acquire new customers.
- Competent and independent in making a sales pitch through technical presentation and product on-site demonstration, focusing on key accounts. Be digitally savvy to deliver our product message through digital medium like webinars or online meetings.
- Enable your sales channel to sell effectively in their markets. Develop action plans and review sales performance with distributors on a regular basis to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Prepare weekly sales analysis reports for management.
- Frequent travelling required.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum degree in engineering or business. Diploma holders with sales experience will be considered.
- A proven track record in software and technical solutions development.
- Experience in technology sales or SaaS sales is needed.
- Fully result oriented, highly motivated and can work under stress.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be savvy in using up-to-date digital sales and marketing tools.
