- Involved in Product Development, Product and Process Improvement through frequent cooking sessions
- Provide training and transfer of technology to production
- Conduct sensory evaluation of products
- Provide technical support to Production and Marketing team

**Key Requirements** Key Requirements**
- Degree in Food Science & Technology / Processes
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Relevant experience in product development and quality control
- Able to work independently and as a team member
- Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Possess good time management and project management skills
