- Position Title**:Food Technologist (R&D)**:

- Working Location: Clementi
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8AM - 5PM, Sat 8AM - 12PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and test new food products, recipes, and formulations.
- Innovate and enhance existing products to meet consumer preferences and market trends.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with safety standards
- Conduct research on food ingredients, processing methods, and preservation techniques
- Ensure all products and processes comply with local and international food safety regulations, including HACCP, FDA, and other relevant standards
- Work with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
