DESIGNATION : Senior Course Consultant, International Recruitment

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Senior Sales Consultant**

Are you a result-driven sales professional with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets? If so, the International Student Recruitment department at Kaplan Singapore is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team.

At the International Student Recruitment department, our mission is to create an inclusive and vibrant international community that enriches the educational experience for all. We are committed to attracting top international talent from around the world and facilitating their journey towards academic success at our institution.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Achieve the enrolment targets set for the International Markets allocated
- Participate in the sales and marketing events (e.g. Open House, exhibitions, seminars, fairs, etc)
- Track, monitor and report enrolment progress of the allocated markets
- Work with the line manager in devising the Sales and Marketing strategies and direction for the allocated markets
- Other ad-hoc duties (e.g. support campus visits) as and when required by the international department
- **Agent Management**:

- Ensure compliance of all EduTrust requirements
- Conduct agent training regularly and ensure agents operate following the KHEA Agent Training Manual and Code of Conduct.
- Oversee the evaluation on agent performance, providing remedial measures as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any field
- At least 2 years of experience PEI education industry
- Familiarity with Edutrust and agent management system is advantageous
- Proficiency in mandarin is required
