**About the Role**:
We’re expanding and looking for **Senior Course Consultant**to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for driven, people-focused professionals who thrive in a consultative sales environment. You’ll play a key role in guiding adult learners through their education journey by helping them identify the right programme that aligns with their career goals.

**Your Responsibilities - What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Lead Conversion & Engagement**

**Achieve Enrolment Goals**
- Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets by effectively promoting our programmesDeliver engaging consultations that clearly articulate the value, outcomes, and structure of our courses

**Application & Enrolment Support**

**Campaign & Outreach Participation**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support recruitment campaigns, info sessions, webinars, and corporate outreach activitiesRepresent Aventis professionally at events and promotional opportunities ‍

**Learner Success Engagement**
- Maintain regular communication with enrollees throughout their learning journey
- Provide pre-enrolment and post-enrolment guidance to ensure learner satisfaction and retention

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔️ **Degree holders**in any discipline with 3 years sales experience
✔️ A strong passion for **education and lifelong learning**
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
✔️ A persuasive and consultative approach to sales, focused on value and outcomes
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up effectively, and work well in a fast-paced team
✔️ Results-driven with the confidence to meet enrolment KPIs
✔️ Adaptable and open to new strategies, tools, and technologies
