**Pay**:$12/hour **Location**:Online + Onsite at ITE Schools **Commitment**:Flexible, with required minimum onsite hours and ad-hoc availability We are seeking **three dedicated Freelance Job Coaches**to support students with special needs in securing and sustaining meaningful internships and employment. This role requires **commitment and responsiveness**, including **emergency on-site support**when needed. **Job Scope Includes**: - Sourcing of **Internship/Employment opportunities**: - **Job design**and **job matching**tailored to students' needs - **Pre-onboard employer job coach training**: - **Workplace support system setup**: - **Pre-internship/employment training**for students - **Onsite job coaching visits and support**: - **Ad-hoc emergency workplace support** **Onsite Coaching Commitment**: - **3-month internship**:Minimum **28 hours**of onsite coaching - **6-month internship**:Minimum **56 hours**of onsite coaching - Hours include **scheduled visits**and **emergency support as needed** - Strong **patience and communication skills**, especially with students with special needs - Experience as a **Job Coach**or in a similar training/support role is a **plus**: - Must be **reliable, responsive**and able to travel to **ITE campuses **- "This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”). _
