4+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java (preferable), C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- Experience with modern microservices architecture and/or distributed systems design
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Design and development experience with at least one object-oriented language
- Experience in data structures and algorithm design, and problem solving

A successful Software Development engineer (SDE2) in our team must be able to work with other junior and senior engineers, product managers and program managers to build features and solutions to business and engineering problems.
