At GK International, a leading Oil and Gas Project management services provider with over 20 years of experience, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Site Coordinator to be part of our dynamic team in Singapore. This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to work on-site at a major marine project.
- As a Site Coordinator, your responsibilities will include coordinating on-site construction activities, communicating effectively with project stakeholders, tracking project progress, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project documentation, overseeing subcontractor work, conducting site inspections, and supporting on-site staff.
- To excel in this role, you should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in site coordination or supervision, strong organization and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Preferably fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with multilingual teams and vendors.
