- Position Title**:Site Executive/Supervisor (Scaffolding)**:

- Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm; Saturday, 8am - 12pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $2,800 + Company Transport/Transport Allowance + AWS + Quarterly Incentives + Performance Bonus + Joining Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary liaison for coordinating waste collection requirements with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with customer site operations coordinators to fully understand and clarify their needs.
- Manage both new and ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and timelines.
- Monitor and address potential site risks and issues proactively.
- Oversee and support site workers and subcontractors, reporting any issues to the Project Manager.
- Assist in managing customer care programs, monitoring satisfaction levels, and responding to any changes in customer dynamics or complaints.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and health policies by all personnel, conducting regular reviews of work activities and Job Safety and Risk Assessments (JSRA).
- Train personnel on new job requirements and equipment use.
- Provide transportation for workers to and from sites, including during emergency activations outside of regular hours.

- At least 1 year of experience in scaffolding, with Supervise Metal Scaffold Erection certification.
- Completion of Safety Orientations Course (Working in Power Plant and Construction) required.
- Knowledge of erecting and dismantling, scaffolding, maintenance
- Supervise Work At Height Course certification will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Scaffolding Regulations is preferred.
