Piping Supervisor

Daily Update of Project / Operation Progress to immediate superior.
- To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
- To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimize downtime
- Able to manage and supervision to 30 (3 foreman)pax of workforce.
- Manage and monitor the foreman and workers for right attitude, behaviour and manner working at sites.
- Ensure and understanding in detail Scope of Work, Specifications, Basic Design and project schedule milestones.
- Ensure and understanding in detail ISO & layout drawings, P&ID drawings and vendor drawings.
- Read the MSRA for each activities and briefing to all work force before start work.
- Read the ITP ( Inspection and Test Plan ) and make sure construction quality is met.
- Plan the materials requirement and coordinate with project procurement engineer.
- Attend the project safety site walks and actively involve in safety improvements.
- Check and monitor the FS ( Field Change Sheet/Design Change ) drawings and update to Project Engineer for additional claims.
- Conduct daily and weekly site construction meeting with team
- Check the project required mandatory courses for piping crew and arrange for training in line with training matrix
- Coordinate with respective trainer and arrange the RFU trainings for each activity and monitor the training records
- Check and prepared the MTO and manhour for additional works, update to project engineer for VO (variation order ) claim.
- Ensure the daily PTW for all work activities shall be covered by PTW system
- Check and ensure all site activates shall ongoing well with quality and safety.
- Plan and prepare minimum One week in advance Manpower, Material, Machinery as per given task.
- Prepare min 3 days in advance DWI to delegate to individual crew.
- Work Progress Update And Mitigation Plan Discussing In Daily Toolbox Meetings and Weekly Meetings.
- Monitor and Daily update for piping work status to Field Engineer.
- Manage & co-ordination of the subcontractors engaged in project at field side
- Check the integrity construction tools and equipments and arrange the service as required.
- Update feedback to construction superintendent for the site piping activities regularly.

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- MECHANICAL: 2 years (preferred)
- Piping: 3 years (preferred)
- Piping supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
