**Job description**:
**VP Biometrics**

Mantell Associates are thrilled to have partnered with one of APAC’s most successful scaling CRO as they look to bring on a VP Biometrics to work with their senior leadership team and continue their rapid scale.

**VP Biometrics responsibilities**
- Manage directly and indirectly the biometrics function including Data Management, Biostatistics and Programming
- Be the driving strategic force behind short / medium / long term function growth plans
- Act as the point of escalation between your heads of department
- Work closely with clients as the face of the CRO
- Have full P&L responsibility and authority over the biometrics function
- Work with senior leadership on development of team culture, atmosphere and environment

**VP Biometrics requirements**
- Extensive experience managing very large Biometrics teams (either onsite / distributed)
- Experience in a CRO is essential for this position
- Understanding of all phases of the drug development life cycle preferable
- Familiarity with Oncology / Immunology / Neurology preferable but not essential
- Willingness to lead from the front
- A strategic approach to growth and proven record of scaling teams
