**Employment Type**:Internship (Part-Time / Full-Time available)
**Working Days**:Weekdays (with occasional weekend support, if required)

**About the Role**:
ATOP Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our academic and lab operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in educational resource management, academic support functions, and the preparation of lab-based materials (e.g., for Science enrichment classes). The role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic tuition and learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing teaching aids, academic resources, and lab materials for classes.
- Support teachers in setting up and dismantling lab activities or experiments.
- Maintain and organize educational supplies, worksheets, and student materials.
- Conduct basic data entry, tracking of student progress, and organizing digital files.
- Observe and support classroom activities where appropriate.
- Assist in curriculum formatting, printing, and other logístical tasks as assigned.
- Uphold a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed A-Level, diploma, preferably in Science, Education or a related field.
- Strong interest in academic operations and student-centered learning.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in completing tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable handling educational materials and basic admin duties.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic file organization.
- Availability to commit at least 3 days per week preferred.
