**Responsibilities**- Develop and design visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images, and videos, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, including the latest AI tools, to ensure the continuous improvement of digital content quality and innovation.
- Optimize content for various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
- Craft compelling narratives through 2D or/ and 3D motion graphics to captivate audiences across social media platforms.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing creative input and ensuring that design solutions meet business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Support your team in the creation of concepts that aim to meet project performance goals.
- Develop compelling visuals and content using AI tools.
- Ensure your work has strong social exposure to reach and engage target audiences.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience with digital, design, or agency background.
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including 2D motion graphics.
- Possess a performance-driven mindset and have experience with performance ads.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Experience in creating content for various digital channels, social media platforms (Google Ads, Twitter, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).Experience or knowledge of the latest AI tools.
- Knowledge of 3D motion graphics is advantageous.
- Knowledge in the field of fintech, crypto, and NFT space is definitely advantageous.
