**Functional Mastery
Creativity:

- Passion for creating realistic and stunning renderings
- Support the team to bringing visuals to life
- Digital imaging, retouching, images composition.
- Product visualization, final packaging render, in situ, POS.
- Understand the importance of storytelling in design - beyond just execution
- Demonstrate complete understanding of brands worlds
- Fast and adapt to new situations with ease
- Attention to detail and has impeccable crafting skills
- Self-direct work and manage initiatives independently
- Ability to focus and complete your work on time and with little guidance
- Able to reach out to external resource if needed (freelancers visualizers, illustrators, animations, movies.)
- _Play an active part in the pitch process - you go the extra miles to make the win _
- Design, conceptualise and produce mood boards, storyboards, animation sketches, sample animatics, including music and voiceover.
- Create new, as well as repurpose visual content for digital marketing ad campaigns.
- Design and produce final motion graphics involving typography, photography, live video and/or 3D animation in various media including web, mobile etc.
- Edit raw video footage and enhance production.
- Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.
- Contribute to organizational learnings and process improvement.
- Research new design ideas, stay on top of new channels and digital social trends.
- Continuously push the creative boundaries and love to test new ad formats with a focus on performance.

Communication:

- Contribute in the ideation process to bring idea to life and deliver creative solutions
- Provide recommendation to the Design Team on how to achieve objectives
- Update team on progress and workload

Technical skills:

- Expert with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and 3D rendering software
- you are the reference and go to person
- Maintain and organize files and project materials
- Efficiently back up files in an organized manner on the server (size)
