Net Production Support

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with development teams for code fixes and enhancements.
- Participate in deployment and release activities.
- Maintain documentation for support procedures and known issues.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and service delivery standards.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering.

Strong knowledge of:

- C#, ASP.NET ,.NET Core,.NET 4.5 onwards,
- SQL Server and MySQL Web API
- Debugging and performance tuning

Familiarity with:

- Incident and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics)
- Agile and DevOps practices
- Good understanding of production environments and SLAs.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Certifications such as ITIL, AWS are added advantage.
- Knowledge and expertise / certifications in AI will be added advantage.
- Basic knowledge / expertise in Python

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, Stakeholder management, interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with a proactive attitude
