As a Bunker Trader Trainee, your focus will be on sale and purchase of marine fuels, market intelligence and logístical planning to optimize value for our business partners. You will focus on creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients and suppliers to grow our business in new and existing markets. You will develop networks and collaborate with people all over the world on a daily basis. In this role, you will be an integral part of our dedicated and passionate trading team and work alongside experienced professionals.

**Your daily responsibilities**:

- Worldwide trading
- Counselling on various bunker solutions, fuel products and quality
- Handling and coordinating bunker deliveries
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Guiding customers on new fuels and carbon reduction

**The programme offers**:

- On-the-job training where you will develop new accounts and establish strong relations with customers and suppliers.

- Two-years courses at the Danish Shipping Academy, a highly recognized institution within the industry, and receive a qualification as Bunker Trader.

The programme also offers a fast-paced but cheerful environment, educational and social events after each module and relocation opportunities. Along with the international team of trainees, you will participate in a bootcamp to kick off your learning journey and, among other things get familiar with the organization and our ways of working. All trainees, regardless of their location will get the same opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Highly motivated, resourceful and self-driven
- Quick-thinking
- Strong business acumen, negotiation and numerical skills
- Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial and performance oriented
- Enjoys working with people from different cultures
- Enjoys travelling and meeting new people
- Excellent proficiency in Mandarin in order to liaise with chinese-speaking clients
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
