**Responsibilities**:

- Management of job files, costing, requesting for revised POs, Invoicing and closing of job files.
- Review purchase orders from customers and liaise with corporate legal dept if necessary.
- Raise any potential issues that may affect departmental operating profits, ensure accuracy of monthly revenue reporting.
- Liaise with customer in case of any dispute with regards to invoices.
- Work with finance to ensure more efficient work flow.
- Account receivables collections.
- Must ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all times.
- Perform other work-related task as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV company and HSE procedures and policies.

**Facility Specific Responsibilities**:

- Support service operation in generating quotations.
- Retrieve, vet and acknowledge customer's purchase orders to create work and sales orders.
- Support service operation in generating purchase requisitions and variation orders.
- Coordinate field service engineer personnel site travel.
- Consolidate commercial, travel and service document into job files in preparation of billing summaries with supporting document.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Able to work with multiple systems.
- Takes initiative and able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
