Broker Relationship Lead

Refinitiv, an LSEG company, sells financial market data in partnership with leading inter-dealer brokers, which are considered golden source and highly valuable to clients making trading decisions across rates, fixed income, FX and commodities. These broker relationships and the sales of the data are strategically important to Refinitiv.
This newly created leadership position is responsible for:
- Asia Relationship lead with IDBs and other third-party data providers.
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies to sell and position speciality data
- Manage and work with Enterprise sales to close complex Spec data sales
- Manage pipeline and forecast accuracy around Spec data
- Project manage internally and externally through complex deals
- Work closely with the Refinitiv Partnership team to fulfill partner obligations
Additional Job Description
- In depth knowledge of financial market instruments and broker landscape
- Understanding of key sell side and buy side workflows and value of data within them
- Work with pre-sales to make recommendations as to best data sets for client use cases
- Strong knowledge of current market trends, regulations that impact data requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- People leadership skills and player-coach role to APAC-wide Enterprise Sales team
- Provide senior management regular reports on risks and opportunities within Spec data
- Lead key renewal discussions to protect and grow Refinitiv and our partners’ data franchise
Scope of Impact
- Drive growth of speciality data sales within Asia
- Nurture strong and profitable relationships with broker partners and other third parties
- Represent Refinitiv, an LSEG company, on forums to promote our broad data offerings
- Work closely with stakeholders to devise commercial packages for clients
- Drive tri-partnership conversations whereby we deliver spec data as part of wider solutions
- Identify and troubleshoot pricing, technology and data issues to improve data offering
