**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with CRM Online (preferably Dynamics 365).
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or similar customer data platforms.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of CRM systems, data modeling, and data governance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and other related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with SQL, data querying, and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- **Certifications (preferred)**:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Functional Consultant Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant Associate.
- Other relevant Microsoft certifications.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $3,435.82 - $9,103.03 per month
