DESIGNATION : Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (1-year contract), IITS

RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Office of Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS)
- Lead the planning and execution of project
- Manage project plan, schedule, budget and resources
- Manage project team, stakeholders, vendors and outsourcing contracts
- Monitor and report project status to the project steering committee, stakeholders and team
- Form good user relations by cultivating trust and building good rapport with users
- Assist supervisor to review and QC team members’ deliverables
- Gather, analyse and translate business requirements to system specifications
- Prepare test plans, lead and coordinate user-acceptance testing
- Value-add by providing advice on best practices in using appropriate technology, reviewing and improving work processes, facilitating and supporting users' change management process and influencing alignment of changes with the overall organisation goals
- Deliver project and system documentation according to the Project Development Methodology
- Conduct post implementation reviews to gather users’ feedback

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or IT
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a project manager and/or functional lead
- Good experience in business requirements gathering and analysis
- Proficient in project management methodology, techniques and tools
- Certification in Project Management and/or Business Analysis (e.g. PMP, CITPM, CBAP) preferred
- Experience in business process management, implementation and support of strategic portfolio and program management solutions, will be advantageous
- Good knowledge of software development life cycles and structured project development methodology
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, conflict management and persuasive skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Self-driven with the ability to multi-task and take on concurrent projects
