**Key Account Manager**

This role is a critical role within our growing DTB business. You will get the opportunity to manage and grow key accounts within the Modern Trade channel, including untapped potential channels locally and regionally.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a strategic mindset. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will get a chance to gain a holistic understanding of business operations.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and provide tailored omni-channel solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to develop account strategies and execute customer requirements.
- Conduct regular business reviews and joint business planning process with key accounts, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including revenue, sales volume, and profitability, to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Proactively address customer concerns and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Act as a product expert, providing clients with in-depth knowledge of our offerings and demonstrating how they can meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business opportunities and negotiate favorable terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support key account growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management for the Modern Trade Channel within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies with an emphasis on offline to online (OTO)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate effectively at various levels within a client organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with key accounts.
