Responsibility
- Analyze global markets, industry trends, and business innovations to identify strategic opportunities and risks for the company’s growth.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans, programs, policies, systems, and policies to achieve financial targets and organizational objectives. Ensure all processes and systems support the company’s long-term vision.
- Oversee the daily operations of the financial strategy function, ensuring efficient workflows, achievement of departmental goals, and adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate the implementation of financial policies and practices across departments, ensuring alignment with business strategy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development of a comprehensive 5-year strategic analysis white paper, balancing equity financing, debt financing, and government subsidies to support the expansion of core technology businesses (e.g., artificial intelligence).
- Represent the company in negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums, effectively communicating financial strategies and objectives.
- Establish and manage departmental budgets, control expenditures, and ensure the efficient use of financial and human resources.
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance a dynamic risk management system tailored to the technology sector, including advanced risk modeling.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex financial and operational data to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, development, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and effective execution of financial strategies.
- Support senior leadership and the board with ad-hoc or special projects, including major investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and capital allocation initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university (QS Top 30 preferred).
- At least 7 years’ experience in financial management, strategic planning, or risk analysis, with proven leadership in a technology or multinational environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in capital operations, investor relations, and financial strategy development.
- Strong background in risk management, including building and operating risk frameworks for technology-driven businesses.
- Proven track record to lead and develop high-performing, cross-functional or multicultural teams.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience conducting direct policy research and analysis, synthesizing complex information, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience establishing KPIs, accountability frameworks, and continuous improvement processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and external partners.
- High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and ability to drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
