SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Associate, Distributor Operations will be responsible for the administration activities related to distributor management. They will participate in the development and maintenance of database(s) of ILS distributors/agents and complete the paperwork required for distributor onboarding. The Associate will also be responsible for managing, researching and responding to queries related to distributor administration and act as a liaison between field sales and the various departments. They will play a key role in the success of the Commercial Operations team and have a major impact on Customer Satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Maintain a database/tracker by Sales representatives with active distributors, withs current contracts such as DALs, DQAs, or to be renewed.
- Maintain and manage forms related to all Distributor administration. They will be responsible for gathering all the related documents, drive the process and be proactive with the renewals of the agreements.
- Indirect Marketing support. Items will include customer correspondence, market studies, meeting services such as booth and supply coordination and Capex Support and ad hoc projects.
- Prof Ed support. Items will include coordination for Professional Education and Training events, assistance with training tools and training logistics. Coordination of HCP Travel and Payments for ProfEd events
- Provide weekly status report to the management team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at a high level of accuracy.
- Support field sales representatives, regional leader and Vice President for indirect markets and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Provide training to Sales Managers and Distributors on how the process works
- Flexible and positive can-do attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a variety of personalities to execute mutually beneficial solutions
- Ability to multitask and work with deadlines in mind
- Creative problem-solving approach to challenges
- Responsible for proper SOP documentation related to duties and responsibilities within the operations and support teams.
- Prepare periodic meeting presentations, training and support relative to needed sales process
- Perform ad-hoc projects as necessary
- Be a self-starter and ability to work independently

**Requirements**:

- BA or BS degree
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in Customer Service, Administrative function or Commercial Operations
- Fluent English required, other languages would be an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong communication skills, customer oriented and previous experience in a role requiring significant multi-tasking
- This is a Singapore based position
