We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and management of HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Ensure timely and effective hiring to meet business needs.
- **Work Pass & Employment Authorization**:Process and manage work passes, permits, and other relevant employment documentation for local and foreign employees.
- **Letter of Appointment & Onboarding**:Prepare and issue letters of appointment, contracts, and other related documentation.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including induction programs, benefits enrollment, and system access setup.
- **Employee Handbook & Policies**:Assist in the development and maintenance of the employee handbook, ensuring it aligns with company policies and legal requirements.
Ensure employees are aware of company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- **General Administration**:Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including record keeping, filing, and maintaining HR databases.
Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and administrative processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Relevant HR qualifications (e.g., SHRM, HR certification) are a plus.
