Leading Company’s overall management of 3PL Division functions and projects (heavy cargoes)
- Develop policies and guidelines, set goals and objectives for the 3PL Division and sub-departments.
- To develop a safety-first culture and ensure safety compliance within the warehouse environment and workforce
- Support Sales department to develop warehouse customers (both existing and new potential customers).
- Plan and analyse warehousing strategies, budget and policy framework for both short and long terms business development stability and strengthening profitability.
- Set and achieve annual and mid-term budget of 3PL Division.
- Develop and manage 3PL division budget, forecasting, managing costs while ensuring profitability and service quality.
- Implement and monitor 3PL management activities required to achieve cost efficiency and customers’ satisfaction.
- Plan and provide directions to the 3PL Division and sub
- departments to ensure optimization of resources and space.
- Collaborate with Sales and Forwarding Departments to best utilize the Company’s resources and increase growth opportunities for both 3PL and Forwarding Divisions.
- Strategize business collaboration with business partners to achieve effective synergy. Interacting with warehouse customers to maintain good business relationships and attend to their enquires, requirements and complaints.
- Deploy and implement warehousing development projects and identify improvements and ensuring all existing and new projects meet the required standards and policies of the company and its parent company.
- Drive continuous improvement to streamline processes, reduce costs and increase operational efficiencies. Any other duties as assigned by the Deputy Managing Director.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in 3PL and warehousing industry
- At least 3 years in Management functions with good track records
- Experience in implementation of state-of-the-art technologies such as automation technology to logistics business will be an added advantage
- Good ability to manage and effectively interact with all levels of staff
- Good Workplace Safety and Security knowledge and awareness
- Possess excellent management skills and mindset
