**The role**

As a Supply Chain Senior Exec responsible for managing the performance of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the supply chain. Your primary objective will be to monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of 3PL vendors to meet the company's supply chain objectives and exceed customer expectations. You will collaborate with internal teams and 3PL partners to drive continuous improvement, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence in the supply chain processes.

Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito’s supply chain through this exhilarating expansion phase.

**Main Responsibilities**

Performance Monitoring and Analysis
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure the performance of 3PL providers.
- Regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and prepare performance reports for management review.
- Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and work with 3PL partners to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

Vendor Relationship Management
- Establish strong relationships with 3PL vendors, fostering open communication and a collaborative working environment.
- Conduct regular business reviews with 3PL partners to discuss performance, address challenges, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure adherence to contract terms, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Identify areas of improvement in the supply chain processes, cost efficiency, and customer service levels delivered by 3PL partners.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements, automation, and best practices to optimize performance.
- Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies to enhance supply chain capabilities.

Risk Management and Contingency Planning
- Proactively assess potential risks in the supply chain operations managed by 3PL providers and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Work with vendors to develop contingency plans to address unforeseen disruptions and maintain business continuity.

Contract Management and Negotiation
- Review and manage contract compliance, service levels, and performance metrics to ensure vendors meet their obligations.
