Jurong Island, Singapore Best Fit Engineering Pte. Ltd. Full time

i. Should have minimum 10 years of experience in construction and maintenance of petrochemical or chemical or gas plant.

ii. Should have minimum 6 years of experience in managing a team of supervisors and/or technicians in petrochemical or chemical or gas plant environment.

iii. Must be able to read, interpret and understand engineering documents such as P&ID, isometric and equipment drawings.

iv. Must have prior experience in working on computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) software, for example, SAP or other related software.

v. Must have strong troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge and skill in static (valves, piping, vessels, etc.) and rotating equipment (pumps).

vi. Must have strong communication skill in conversing with Operation, Maintenance, and SHE Departments, as well as vendors for the site work carried out.

vii. A strong leader to the fellow technicians, fitters and general workers in managing the plant / site emergency when arisen.

ix. Should have experience in preparing the inspection and maintenance check lists and managing the documentations.

x. Should have strong knowledge and experience in preparing method statement/work instruction and job safety analysis.

xi. Must be able to prepare lifting plan for the site maintenance work involving equipment removal and installation.

xii. Minimum AWSHPP requirements:
Supervise Workplace, Safety and Health in Process Plant

Perform Work in Confined Space Operation

Managing Work at Height

WSQ Supervise Safe Lifting Operation

Develop a RISK MANAGEMENT Implementation Plan

xiii. Should be able to work on software like MS office (Word, Excel, etc.)

xiv. Should be able to manage the contractors, vendors and work crew.

xv. Preferred to have experience in managing spare parts.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
