Job Title: Project Coordinator

Reporting to: Head of Systems Engineering

Job Purpose:
Principal Accountabilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer regarding the day-to-day deployment of the CCTV project.
- Ensure both customer needs and technical requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Learn, understand, and coordinate the end-to-end project delivery and requirements.
- Understand the technical capabilities of the CCTV system being deployed.
- Effectively communicate customer requirements to the Operations Team to ensure accurate solution delivery according to the agreed specifications.
- Attend customer site meetings and oversee project deployment.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Systems Engineering and project teams to ensure job requirements are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Work with the Operations Team to understand project lead times and effectively communicate this information to the customer.
- Understand the customer’s vision and roadmap, identify opportunities for use cases, integrations, and program expansion, and provide feedback to align the development process with key accounts.
- Agree, record, and communicate project milestones and help develop associated formal processes and relevant documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

- University degree, preferably in a technical field of study.
- 3+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in security, surveillance, or IP video industry.
- Proven ability to remotely troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues.
- Strong written and oral language skills.
- **Proficient in Office 365; additional project management or documentation tools are a plus.**

Pay: From $4,500.00 per month
