Junior Architectural Coordinator

The Junior Architectural Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Architectural team in coordinating all architectural works including shop drawings of the project.

**A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows**:

- Assist the architectural team in ensuring shop drawings produced by drafting team and sub-contractors are accurate and consistent with the requirements
- Prepare material submission to consultants and relevant authorities
- Identify shop drawings’ discrepancies, buildability and impact on different disciplines
- Liaise with consultant and sub-contractors on design intent and technical issues
- Ability to read and understand structural / M&E drawings

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Education: Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in construction projects (preferably civil/mrt station projects)
- Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and other relevant software

**Technical competencies**
- Able to communicate with consultants in clear hand sketches drawing
- Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities (e.g. BCA, FSSD, LTA)
