**About the Roles**

We are hiring an Assistant Finance Manager / Accountant to join a well-established company in the Laundry industry. The position is based in Pioneer, operating on a **5-day work week from 8.30am to 5.30pm**. This is a permanent opportunity that comes with a **competitive basic salary and performance bonus**. The role offers exposure to full-spectrum finance responsibilities and the chance to lead a team while driving process improvements.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate accounting and timely monthly financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Lead and coordinate both internal and external audits to ensure audit readiness.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements; handle GST and tax submissions.
- Identify risks and opportunities, recommending improvements to financial processes and business operations.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to established processes.
- Build relationships with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team.
- Manage ad hoc financial projects and reporting tasks as required.
- Undertake additional duties assigned by Management.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, with strong hands-on knowledge of full set accounts and month-end closing.
- Good understanding of local tax regulations and GST filing requirements.
