**Responsibilities**:
**Transformation Project Governance and Innovation**
- Support the Transformation Office strategic goals in driving transformation and innovation across the group.
- As a key member of the innovation team, lead in the People vertical to drive reinforcement of the value proposition for delivering innovation and digital transformation to achieve efficiencies and productivity.
- Provide guidance to team members and lead in innovation projects and may include the organizing of special interest groups, organizing of innovation forum and exhibitions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful project development and deployment.
- Advocate and evangelize innovation mindset across the organization. Ensure compliance to project management and procurement processes.

**Technology Development Projects Management**
- Project management technology development projects.
- Ensure the successful initialization, planning, budgeting, procurement, risk management, contract management and reporting.
- Responsible for IT development contract management throughout project lifecycle and work with IT and procurement team to resolve any vendor issues.
- Collaborate with the project teams, IT project management office, planning team, central procurement team to ensure the successful execution of technology packages and contract management.
- Establish metrics, targets and review mechanism to measure project success and ensure the successful execution of projects in meeting the KPis.

**People Management**
- Manage and lead Transformation Project Managers and Outsource Desktop IT support personnel.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team members to ensure good team work that drives the successful delivery of the projects.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field
- At least 10 years of relevant working and project management experience preferably in the system integrator environment or technology group, with strong vendor and contract management experience.
- Ability to understand business requirements, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work with mínimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of end-users to provide technical/functional support
- Analytical and Meticulous
