**Supply Chain Team Lead**

Our client is a Singapore homegrown food distribution and manufacturing company. As a result of business growth, they are seeking a **Head of Manufacturing **for their operations.

As a key leader within the organization and reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the entire end to end supply chain, operations, warehousing and production plant, amongst others.

You will provide guidance, direction and management of the operations on a day to day basis and also work towards transforming and growing the organization.

You will collaborate with other departments (Key account management, warehouse and store fronts and other stakeholders) to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain to close operational and information gaps.

**Required Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Minimum qualification of a Degree or Local Diploma with relevant experiences in leadership roles in Supply Chain and Operations
- Experiences in food manufacturing/distribution would be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and ability to navigate from strategy to day to day challenges.
- Passionate about Sustainability
- Expert in Communication and Coordination
- Thrive in a Fast-paced and Collaborative environment.
