**Responsibilities**:

- Able to understand, create, and amend drawings/ models in BIM software independently.
- Able to generate required information from the BIM software.
- Liaise & Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues
- Able to identify drafting errors and highlight them to the project team immediately.
- Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements
- BIM Implementation
- Willing to learn and able to communicate well.
- Able to adapt to BIM multi-disciplinary level: Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitary, and Electrical.
- Support multiple projects through the aid of the BIM Lead.
- Support multiple projects in modelling and ensure timely deliveries of the outcome.
- Generate documentation and shop drawings directly from BIM Model.
- To be involved in both design and coordination
- To contribute and participate in BIM development in accordance with the client’s specifications and statutory regulations.
- Able to work with Revit families (.rfa)

BIM Training
- Willing to learn, teach, and able to communicate well.
- Support in Training Program development.
- Able to adapt and learn new software.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for BIM Coordinator position.
- Salary will be based on experience.
- Preferred Skill(s): Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
- Preferably able to start immediately.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
