**Senior Product Designer** to support our growth

We are looking for a talented individual who can take ownership of the design process, contribute to our product vision, and create exceptional user experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and shape the product roadmap and strategy.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to prototyping, testing, and implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on the product.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and patterns to ensure consistency across the product suite.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our design capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving abilities, and impactful user-centric designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
- Passion for fintech and a deep understanding of B2B products and their unique design challenges.
