What You'll Be Doing Synthesize needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables, ensuring design is front-of-mind throughout the product development process Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into ideas for disruptive products and features, then design workflows and detailed interactions to realize them Support the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research Partner with cross-functional peers within Product and Engineering in Asia and internationally to define initiatives and create thoughtful solutions, representing design and the user throughout the product lifecycle Collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design vision of your area of ownership Elevate the quality of design by soliciting feedback through formal Design Reviews, presentations, and design thinking workshops What We Look For In You At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields Experience designing complex products related to fintech, crypto, trading, web3, etc., with a demonstrated ability to solve problems from scratch Passionate about CeFi and trading with a solid understanding of the crypto ecosystem Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and Researchers Deep understanding of design-thinking and user-centered design methodologies to ensure intuitive and trustworthy experiences Results-oriented and adaptable to change Understanding of experimentation and research techniques to validate designs independently A good eye for design with a diverse portfolio of work Nice to Haves Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience Experience designing for Fintech, investment platforms, or crypto products Experience working with global teams across offices and timezones Desire to mentor cross-functional peers and evangelize great design Perks & Benefits Competitive total compensation package Learning and development programs and education subsidy Team building programs and company events Wellness and meal allowances Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants More available during the recruitment process Information collected and processed as part of the recruitment process is subject to OKX's Candidate Privacy Notice.
